Please Help.

I have lost all of my data and records even though I exported them from my account. When I tried to solve the problem, it said "No data to import". Everything has been reset. I am currently at level 73 and own all of the keys and themes in the shop, but now it displays "lvl 1" and nothing.
Please help me. I have been playing this game for years and spent almost over $20 on it.
